Cafe Jinta (open 11:30 a.m. ~ 11:30 p.m.)
Are you free tonight in Kyoto? Let’s go to Cafe Jinta!
Profile of Cafe Jinta
This café is run by music lover Hitoshi Ono. However, there actually aren’t too many musical elements to the café besides the décor. Nevertheless, the café exudes warmth and offers a fantastic menu filled with healthy food.
Did you have any special ideas when creating your café, Hitoshi?
I think cafés serve time, food, and drink. These make people happy, right?
So, I’d like to maximize the experience.
Do you have a particular passion for the menus?
I cook menus that are carbohydrate and calorie limited. First, it’s my taste. And I’d like you to enjoy tasty, healthy, and fast-served reasonable dishes. All of them are healthy, so I welcome you to enjoy them every day!
Specialty
Do you have any points in this café that you’d especially like your guests to enjoy?
Not really. This is an ordinary café.
You are a modest person. I like your café’s interior. Is this your taste?
My wife selected most of them.
Well, I hear people enjoy their time here alone. Of course, groups and couples visit us, but I often see people enjoying a meal, listening to the music or reading here.
And my favorite seat is this, the center of the café. We can listen to the music so clearly because this is the center of the two speakers.

You’re a music enthusiast, aren’t you?
I sometimes hold live music events supporting local musicians who play mainly in Kyoto. However, it’s just a spice here. What’s most important to me is that my guests enjoy the time and food here.
