Preparing an Unstoppable High Protein Snack with Tofu: Reveal the Recipe

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: As mentioned earlier, it’s an easy and simple tofu recipe. It requires four basic ingredients as mentioned below.
I) Two packets of extra firm tofu (around 16 oz.)
II) 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
III) 1/2 tablespoon of rice vinegar
IV) 1/2 tablespoon of hot chili sauce.
Step 1: Wash tofu using clean water and let it dry. Next, cut the slices of tofu vertically into two equal halves. Make sure that the tofu is neither too thick nor too thin. Now, cut the individual slices into smaller chunks.
Step 2: Cover the sliced tofu using the paper towels, place heavy objects on it, and leave it aside for around 10 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare a sauce by mixing the following ingredients – rice vinegar, olive oil, and hot chili sauce.
Step 4: Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Step 5: Bring the sliced tofu chunks and mix them well with the newly-prepared sauce.
Step 6: Place a parchment paper on your oven and then place the tofu on it. Let it be cooked in the oven for ten minutes.
After that, bring out the golden crispy tofu from your oven, serve it with your favorite drink, and enjoy its lip-smacking taste.
